About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Data Entry professional to support our Finance team by ensuring accurate and timely entry of financial information and maintaining organized records.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain financial data, transactions, invoices, receipts, and expense details in company systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date digital and physical financial records and assist with reconciliations when needed.
- Support the preparation of finance‑related reports, spreadsheets, and document filing.
Required profile
- Previous experience in data entry, finance, accounting, or finance administration.
- Good understanding of basic financial terminology and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
