Finance Director – ATO

About the role

The Finance Director – ATO will lead change management, value realization and financial reporting for transformation projects across AMENA. The role owns the integrated project plan, coordinates stakeholders and ensures financial submissions meet benefit realization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Transformation SVP to create and manage a pipeline of transformation projects beyond those already in flight.
• Facilitate process transformation and streamlining across all functions in AMENA, implementing automation, AI and value‑stream mapping initiatives.
• Detail project design to deliver value realization, including financial modelling, scope management and analysis of shared services, outsourcing and automation opportunities.
• Act as project manager for identified projects, establishing robust methodologies, risk and issue management, value‑realization processes, dashboards and mobilising execution teams.
• Serve as SME for PowerSteering and PPMM capability building, approving project‑management tools and sharing best practices regionally and globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance with 12+ years of post‑graduate experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
• PMI certified with demonstrated experience managing large, multi‑year, multi‑market projects.
• Strong ability to drive and deliver complex, cross‑functional productivity projects in a matrix environment.
• High level of business acumen and finance savvy.
• Strong training and leadership skills in project management and stage‑gate processes.
• Proven capability to lead change, ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Intimate knowledge of end‑to‑end processes.
