Finance & Insurance Advisor – UAE National

About the role

We are looking for a UAE National to join Al Tayer Motors in Ras al‑Khaimah as a Finance & Insurance Advisor. The role involves offering, selling and administering finance and insurance products to support our sales floor and achieve penetration targets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out F&I procedures according to agreed processes to meet monthly finance and insurance targets.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable F&I options and provide complete information for informed decisions.
• Liaise with sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive quoted F&I options before deal closure.
• Prepare quotations, collect required proofs for supporting banks and secure credit lines prior to vehicle release.
• Reconcile commissions from banks, maintain daily financial control logs and monitor deal records.
• Provide periodic reports on individual sales‑person F&I performance to the Showroom/Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–4 years solid experience in car sales, finance or insurance within the motor industry or GCC market.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and process‑driven planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality; preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
