Finance & Insurance (F&I) Agent – Automotive Showroom

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Agent to manage vehicle financing, insurance sales and related documentation in our fast‑paced automotive showroom. The role bridges sales, customers, banks and insurance providers to ensure smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding finance and insurance options.
• Prepare and process all required documentation according to showroom protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deals, approvals and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Liaise with the sales team, banks and insurance partners to obtain approvals and quotes.
• Provide timely updates to customers on application status.
• Track conversion rates, customer satisfaction metrics and report daily logs of applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in automotive, banking or insurance support.
• Familiarity with UAE finance and insurance processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; finance or insurance training is a plus.
• Professional English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
