Finance & Insurance Hub In‑Charge

About the role

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Hub In‑Charge is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end operations of the F&I hub, ensuring timely processing of documentation, coordination with dealerships and financial institutions, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role supports sales by delivering smooth financing and insurance solutions while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve bank approval ratios for retail and fleet targets set by the line manager.
• Monitor and control fleet and retail deal placements with panel banks, following up on application status.
• Track escalation and deviation cases and prioritize escalation to bank management.
• Identify high‑performing HUB executives and delegate tasks to improve processes.
• Supervise daily HUB team operations, including deal placement monitoring in Seriti and report generation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS HUB Tracker reports and maintain Power BI dashboards for leasing deals.
• Conduct regular showroom visits to address challenges and ensure coordination between sales, banks, and the HUB team.
• Validate bank LPOs, manage Seriti inceptions, and reconcile accounts for incepted deals.
• Lead refresher training for HUB and sales executives on processes and systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in achieving bank approval targets within a finance or insurance environment.
• Strong coordination skills with dealerships, banks, and internal sales teams.
• Ability to supervise and develop HUB teams and manage daily operational workflows.
• Experience preparing and presenting MIS reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with the Seriti system and Power BI reporting tools.
