Finance & Insurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance professional with a commercial mindset to drive F&I performance across the UAE. The role involves delivering suitable finance, insurance, leasing and value‑added solutions while ensuring compliance and a customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive F&I sales performance and achieve income and revenue targets.
• Present and recommend appropriate financial solutions to customers.
• Support sales teams in maximizing new and used vehicle sales.
• Collaborate with partner banks and finance providers to facilitate customer financing.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Coach Sales Executives on F&I products, processes and systems.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and stay aware of competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Insurance processes, products and systems.
• Understanding of KYC, banking compliance and both conventional and Islamic finance products.
• Commercial and sales mindset with excellent customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
