Finance Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics company in Dubai looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager to oversee our financial processes, ensure accurate reporting and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial records and day‑to‑day finance processes.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, cash‑flow reports and regular management dashboards.
• Monitor accounts receivable, cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning activities.
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Track key financial KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash‑flow and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting/financial systems (e.g., ERP or finance software).
