Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and strategic support for business decisions. This role combines oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management with the development of financial strategies to improve the company's financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts and budgets aligned with strategic goals and historical data.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Offer strategic financial advice to support decision‑making processes.
• Identify financial risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation plans.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee all tax activities and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in a financial role with proven strategic decision‑making and leadership.
• Experience in the UAE market and familiarity with local financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
