Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial and operational reporting cycles for AVI‑SPL Middle East, providing insight and analysis that support strategic decision‑making across the organisation. This role acts as a strategic finance partner, working closely with business leaders to shape forecasts, annual plans and long‑term projections.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational reporting cycles.
• Analyse variances to budgets and forecasts, collaborating with accounting and P&L owners to explain fluctuations.
• Prepare reports, commentary and presentation materials for monthly/quarterly reviews, Board meetings and external stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop financial forecasts, operating plans and 3‑to‑5‑year projections.
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation support for acquisitions, partnerships, new product development and pricing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support sales teams and drive workflow enhancements.
• Communicate financial insights clearly across all organisational levels.
