Finance Manager

About the role

Vistra is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Dubai team. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will act as the outsourced DFSA Authorised Finance Officer for a portfolio of regulated client entities, ensuring compliance and delivering high‑quality financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain fit‑and‑proper status for client entities as assessed by the Regulator.
• Lead and oversee a team of Finance Officers delivering outsourced regulated finance services.
• Ensure client capital resources and liquidity comply with regulatory requirements, including PIB rules.
• Prepare, review and submit monthly, quarterly and annual EPRS returns (PIBs) to the Regulator.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Regulator on financial reporting and prudential matters.
• Quality‑assure regulatory submissions and reporting produced by the team.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with AML and CTF requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and communicate impacts to clients and the team.
• Oversee preparation of financial projections and business plans for authorisation projects.
• Ensure statutory audit and tax compliance for all managed entities.

Required profile

• Registered (or previously registered) with the DFSA or FSRA.
• Proven experience managing relationships with external clients.
• Experience leading a small finance team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple client priorities.
