Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash‑flow management and robust financial controls. This role drives profitability, safeguards assets and supports growth through comprehensive financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range financial plans and cash‑flow management across all business units and properties.
• Monitor performance against budgets, provide actionable insights and drive monthly business performance reviews.
• Oversee financial governance, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage General Ledger, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, treasury operations and timely period‑end closings.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation, process automation and system integrations such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent).
• Experience with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage large‑scale transformation projects.
