Finance Manager – MENA Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial management and reporting for the MENA Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate financial data into clear business insights that drive strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning processes.
• Prepare budget‑vs‑actual analysis and highlight key variances.
• Develop financial dashboards, KPI reporting and management reports.
• Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.
• Support the CEO with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external consultants.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place.
• Consolidate and analyse financial information across Group entities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise senior management.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a Finance Manager or senior accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret business drivers.
• Experience working with multiple entities; UAE/MENA exposure is a plus.
• Background in technology, digital, software, AI or startup environments is advantageous.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is beneficial.
