Finance Manager – Regional Headquarters

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised entertainment organisation to appoint a Finance Manager for its regional headquarters in Dubai. You will own the finance function across the MENA region, supporting senior leadership with commercial decision‑making, robust financial controls, and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day finance activities across the regional business.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury activities and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong financial governance and internal controls.
• Evaluate the financial viability of commercial opportunities and advise senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with regional and international teams as a trusted finance business partner.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and enhance efficiency through finance systems and technology.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent) or finalist with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial or management accounting.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial finance.
• Good understanding of IFRS and corporate financial compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Experience supporting multi‑country operations or international businesses is beneficial.
• Previous experience in media, entertainment, publishing or a fast‑paced commercial sector is an advantage.
