Finance & Strategy Associate (UAE National)

About the role

We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role you will support data and reporting, manage weekly performance reviews and conduct variance analysis to help drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets used by the Finance & Strategy team.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes and templates.
• Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data.
• Analyze key metrics, highlight trends or anomalies and draft clear, fact‑based commentary.
• Track actual performance against targets or prior periods.
• Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context.
• Summarize findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and explain variances.
• Structured, data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business or data analysis (preferred).
