Finance Supervisor – Master Data Management (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead Master Data Management across its global finance ecosystem. You will work closely with the Finance Product Officer to deliver system enhancements, ensure data integrity, and support commercial decision‑making for the airline group.

Key responsibilities

• Support user access management and functional master‑data update requests, adhering to policies and SOPs.
• Provide first‑line support for financial applications in line with SLAs, collaborating with IT to maintain system availability and resolve recurring issues.
• Maintain regression test packs and assist with first‑level User Acceptance Testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Identify and recommend new features or improvements for both internal and vendor‑based financial applications.
• Understand business processes supported by finance systems and drive change initiatives through user training and adoption activities.
• Manage personal performance and learning plan, contribute to team performance, and support colleague development for succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related financial systems roles.
• Demonstrated experience with master data management, user access controls, and financial application support.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
