Finance Trainee – Luxury Homeware (Emiratization)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s Finance team in Dubai for a six‑month Finance Trainee program focused on the Luxury Homeware segment. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, supporting month‑end closing, data consolidation and reporting while gaining hands‑on experience in core finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and consolidated data trackers.
• Support financial monitoring using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain accurate financial records with strong attention to detail.
• Handle day‑to‑day finance coordination and ad‑hoc reporting tasks.
• Contribute to finance initiatives and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
