Finance Transformation Architect – Digital Core Finance Lead

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a senior finance transformation leader to head its Digital Core Finance advisory offering in Dubai. You will own executive‑level client relationships and be accountable for large‑scale finance transformation programmes powered by SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Digital Core Finance transformation projects, including finance operating model redesign, process harmonisation and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation.
• Drive integrated performance management initiatives and embed AI‑enabled forecasting, reporting and control capabilities.
• Own programme outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team of finance transformation specialists, SAP delivery experts and technology architects.
• Identify, originate and shape new business opportunities to expand Capgemini Invent’s Digital Core Finance footprint.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (Senior Manager or Director) in finance transformation consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale SAP S/4HANA Finance programmes.
• Deep understanding of finance operating models and integrated performance management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build lasting client relationships.
