Finance Transformation Architect

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior Finance Transformation Architect to lead large‑scale digital finance programmes in Dubai. You will partner with C‑level clients to redesign finance operating models, harmonise end‑to‑end processes and embed AI‑enabled forecasting on an SAP S/4HANA Finance core.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver multi‑million‑dollar finance transformation programmes, including finance operating model redesign and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation.
• Build and nurture executive‑level client relationships, shaping opportunities and ensuring programme outcomes meet quality and satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with finance specialists, SAP delivery teams and technology architects to define future finance landscapes and integrated performance management solutions.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing Digital Core Finance team across concurrent engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience (Senior Manager / Director) in finance transformation consulting.
• Deep understanding of finance operating models and the ability to translate them into measurable value for CFOs.
• Track record of managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programmes with accountability for outcomes.
