Financial Analyst

About the role

WSP is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Middle East finance team, based in Dubai (and serving Sharjah). You will work closely with the Financial Consolidation Manager and the broader finance function to support performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management reports, analysing performance by business unit, country and entity.
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Analyse major projects and KPI metrics for management and quarterly business packs.
• Support the implementation of tools that turn raw data into actionable business insights.
• Assist with balance‑sheet reviews, internal control, governance and audit processes.

Required profile

• CFA, CPA or CA qualification with 3‑4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in professional services, consulting or engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and report‑writing abilities.
