About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. In this position you will drive advanced financial modeling, optimize data automation using G‑Suite and Excel, and deliver actionable insights to support regional strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex financial models and monthly forecasts, ensuring high accuracy in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and department heads to align financial targets with operational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with global financial standards and internal Iron Mountain policies while streamlining reporting processes through automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related corporate finance field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced data tools, with expert‑level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for sophisticated data manipulation and reporting.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and stakeholder management skills, translating complex data into clear executive‑level narratives.
