Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting assets. The role involves accurate and timely financial reporting, strategic decision‑making support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the region and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct variance analysis, explain budget and forecast deviations, and present key performance indicators to management and asset teams.
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, supporting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure all accounting processes comply with IFRS, SOX and local regulations, and act as the reference point for accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, provide required documentation, and implement audit recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Manage monthly tax payments, annual tax declarations and social declarations, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in reporting, accounting or FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French is recommended.
