Financial Communications Manager

About the role

The Financial Communications Manager will lead the creation and distribution of financial information to internal and external stakeholders, with a particular focus on media channels. This role supports ADNOC's strategic initiatives by ensuring accurate, timely, and compelling financial narratives reach investors, analysts, and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and release press statements, financial performance updates, and strategic announcements across media platforms.
• Act as the primary advisor to senior executives on market‑relevant communications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations to amplify financial achievements and drive share‑price impact.
• Manage relationships with financial media outlets and oversee the execution of media plans.
• Support transaction‑related communications and lead related campaign execution.
• Supervise department personnel, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with division objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (approximately 8 years) in financial communications, investor relations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on communication strategy and regulatory matters.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills, with a focus on talent pipelines and UAE national development.
