Financial Controller

About the role

AHS, a Dubai‑based group specializing in ultra‑luxury real estate development and high‑value ventures, seeks a Financial Controller to strengthen its financial foundation. You will ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and insightful analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger accuracy, perform reconciliations, and manage month‑end closing activities.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7‑10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting.
• Strong hands‑on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.
