Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to provide financial oversight, performance analysis, and business insights across our diverse operations. The role works closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting, effective controls, and strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate financial and business performance through P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgets, forecasts and KPIs, identifying drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Review and challenge financial and management reports, budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy, relevance and timely delivery of insights for decision‑making.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and governance, identifying risks and gaps and driving improvements.
• Partner with departments and external partners to drive financial performance, provide strategic recommendations on investments, funding and capital allocation, and mentor the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, business partnering or related areas, preferably in a multinational or Big‑4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English.
