Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting operations across our UAE and Saudi Arabia entities. The role involves overseeing reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities for UAE and KSA entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and working‑capital optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Saudi VAT/Zakat.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor inventory valuation, costing, gross margins and overall financial performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (mandatory).
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA (preferred).
• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience with UAE finance operations; Saudi experience strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Saudi VAT/Zakat compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
