Financial Controller – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

A leading industrial firm in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the complete finance function of its manufacturing plant operations. This strategic financial leadership role focuses on directing factory accounting, managing operational budgets, evaluating plant efficiency, and guiding business decisions alongside senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the end‑to‑end financial operations, factory cost accounting, and fiscal controls of industrial manufacturing plants.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and operational financial reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing performance metrics, inventory valuations, and plant overhead to drive cost optimization.
• Advise senior executive leadership and stakeholders through data‑backed financial insights and strategic planning.
• Oversee statutory compliance, operational audits, and internal control frameworks across factory operations.

Required profile

• Mandatory professional accounting credential (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CMA).
• Extensive experience managing full‑scope financial operations within an industrial manufacturing or factory environment.
