About the role
Join EY MENA as a Financial Due Diligence Executive, collaborating with experienced professionals across sectors and traveling within the MENA region. You will progress to handling complex transactions, leading teams, and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing financial and operational results of target companies.
- Collaborate with the Transaction Diligence team to ensure quality, share responsibilities, and keep senior members updated on progress.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and schedules for clients.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with due‑diligence or audit exposure.
