Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate

About the role

The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate will join PwC’s Transaction Services team in Abu Dhabi, supporting clients through complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact engagements, delivering rigorous financial analysis and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis of historical results, forecasts, working capital and cash flow statements.
• Identify key deal issues, risks and value drivers and communicate findings to clients.
• Prepare sections of high‑quality due‑diligence reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and other advisory teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement tasks, ensuring timely delivery of work‑streams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while upholding professional standards.
• Support business development through research and proposal preparation.
• Coach junior team members and share technical knowledge.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or related advisory work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• UAE national.

• Proficiency in preparing financial models and reports.
