Financial Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead finance operations for a multi‑business group in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic finance leadership with hands‑on oversight of budgeting, reporting and compliance, supporting senior management in driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group budgeting, financial planning and management reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, payables, receivables and payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and Saudi VAT, corporate tax and other financial regulations.
• Review commercial contracts and provide financial recommendations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the CEO and senior management.
• Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Oversee group asset management, including digital assets.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of finance management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Saudi taxation, corporate tax and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial operations.
• Confidence in dealing with senior management and external stakeholders.
