Financial Research Analyst – Crypto Assets

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Financial Research Analyst focused on crypto assets to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role involves deep analysis of cryptocurrency projects across U.S. and APAC markets, supporting listing decisions and monitoring regulatory developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and systematic evaluation of crypto asset projects, assessing credibility, technology, business model, user adoption and ecosystem potential.
• Conduct independent due diligence on potential listing candidates and produce structured research reports.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the U.S. (SEC, CFTC) and major APAC jurisdictions, evaluating compliance and policy risks.
• Build and maintain project evaluation frameworks covering tokenomics, on‑chain data analysis, competitor benchmarking and market positioning.
• Track capital flows, institutional activity, market sentiment and emerging sectors, delivering regular market intelligence and strategic insight reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Relevant certifications such as Securities Qualification or equivalent are preferred.
