Financial Trainer – Corporate Credit

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking a Financial Trainer – Corporate Credit to join its Dubai office. You will be part of the Credit Training faculty, delivering high‑impact credit programs to banks, regulators, and multilateral institutions through in‑house, virtual, and public courses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver corporate credit training that enhances client decision‑making, risk management and portfolio outcomes.
• Translate complex credit concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences aligned with Fitch Learning quality standards.
• Prepare and continuously update training materials and assessments to reflect evolving industry practices, regulations and product innovations.
• Support business development as a subject‑matter expert by participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals and presenting solutions to client stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for content, technical and process questions related to corporate credit.

Required profile

• Extensive corporate credit experience within a leading commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator or a similar financial institution.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment and regulatory frameworks.
