Finishing Carpenter

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our interior fit‑out team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality joinery and finishing work for a variety of interior projects, ensuring every piece meets our exacting standards before it reaches the client site.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret shop drawings, cutting lists and work instructions to produce precise components.
• Cut, trim, assemble, fix and install doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, counters and other joinery items.
• Perform edge finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, routing and surface preparation.
• Install and adjust hardware including hinges, handles, locks and drawer runners.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, levels and gaps, correcting any defects before dispatch.
• Coordinate with carpenters, painters, polishers and production supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Handle carpentry tools and machinery safely, maintain a tidy work area and minimise material waste.
• Follow all HSE and workshop safety procedures and meet production deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter, preferably in an interior fit‑out or joinery manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of joinery processes and interior finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and cutting lists.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on high‑quality finishes.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a production team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
