Finishing Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise finishing works on our construction projects, ensuring quality, timely completion and safe execution. The role involves managing a range of interior fit‑out activities across high‑rise residential and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, ceilings, painting, joinery and related fit‑out activities.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Read and follow approved drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure services are completed before closing ceilings and walls.
• Monitor workmanship, identify defects and manage snagging and rectification works.
• Plan daily manpower, material and equipment requirements while maintaining site housekeeping and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works, including time as a Finishing Foreman.
• Previous UAE experience on high‑rise residential or fit‑out projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finishing details, construction drawings and work sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead workers and subcontractors and communicate effectively with site engineers.
