Fit-out Foreman

About the role

The Fit-out Foreman will lead on‑site activities for interior fit‑out projects across Dubai and Sharjah. Reporting to the project manager, you will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit‑out activities on‑site.
• Read and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings, resolve issues and modify drawings as needed.
• Manage subcontractors, tradesmen, and labour to keep the project on track.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on progress and site issues.
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce HSE requirements.
• Track material requirements and report progress or delays to management.
• Prepare accurate site records, including daily progress reports and snag lists.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma (or higher) qualification.
• At least 3 years of fit‑out foreman experience in the UAE.
• Strong site coordination and team‑leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai & Sharjah.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (2D) – ability to read and interpret drawings.
