Fitness Instructor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Accor is seeking a certified Fitness Instructor to join the team at its premier fitness centre in Abu Dhabi. You will inspire a diverse member community, guide them toward their personal fitness goals, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes for all fitness levels, covering strength, cardio, flexibility and functional training.
• Assess individual members, create customized workout programs and provide appropriate modifications.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, monitor form and ensure a safe training environment.
• Motivate members with constructive feedback and track progress to adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized gym space and ensure equipment is functional and safely used.
• Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to schedule classes, organise special events and drive member engagement.

Required profile

• Certified fitness instructor with a passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate diverse participants.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and professional standards.
• Flexibility to work varied class schedules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of strength, cardio, flexibility and functional fitness modalities.
• Ability to demonstrate proper exercise technique and form.
• Experience in assessing fitness levels and tailoring programs.
