About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to join JClub at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. You will provide expert guidance in fitness and wellness, design personalized programs, lead group classes and deliver one‑on‑one training to meet diverse guest goals. The role also includes maintaining a safe, clean fitness environment and promoting a healthy lifestyle through education and motivation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs, including assessments and progress tracking.
• Conduct and lead group exercise classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training.
• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions, offering guidance and motivation.
• Maintain fitness equipment in good working order, clean it regularly and report any issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure guests use equipment correctly to prevent injuries.
• Deliver excellent guest service by answering fitness‑related questions and offering health advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a guest‑facing role within upscale leisure environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
