Fleet Coordinator – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

The First Group, a leading integrated property developer in Dubai, is seeking a UAE national to coordinate its vehicle fleet. The Fleet Coordinator will ensure smooth transportation logistics for airport transfers, property tours and internal departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company’s vehicle fleet.
• Allocate and dispatch drivers for airport transfers and property tours.
• Coordinate with every department that requires a car.
• Work with the Sales and Promotional Venues Department on transportation logistics.
• Monitor drivers’ movements on a live mapping platform.
• Liaise with outsourced transport companies.
• Maintain drivers’ monthly schedules, annual plans, and sick‑leave trackers.
• Track vehicle service requirements, repairs and tyre replacements.
• Record drivers’ attendance and overtime.
• Maintain Salik and fuel consumption accounts.
• Submit and track fleet invoices.
• Handle purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Maintain RTA and insurance claim records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fleet management role.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai road networks.
• UAE national (as indicated by the title).
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
