Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day management of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Dubai. The role ensures vehicles are available, maintained, and supplied with the necessary energy while adhering to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle‑related operational activities within the assigned city or operational area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in line with standards.
• Schedule and oversee routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Support vehicle repair activities and track completion.
• Arrange vehicle fueling, charging or other energy requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when needed.
• Procure and coordinate operational supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
• Support efficient day‑to‑day management of the autonomous fleet.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination, transportation or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
