Fleet Operator (M/F)

About the role

Join Petit Forestier Group in the United Arab Emirates as a Fleet Operator. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the company’s refrigerated vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are operational, well‑maintained, and ready to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily fleet operations, including vehicle dispatch and returns.
• Respond promptly to client calls, breakdowns, and service requests.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, registrations, permits and RTA compliance.
• Drive company vehicles, including manual‑transmission units, when required.
• Prepare accurate departure, return, handover and condition reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of maintenance, repairs, inspections and fleet documentation.
• Plan preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and liaise with workshops.
• Ensure fleet documents, insurance and permits are current.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Organised, responsible and customer‑focused.
• Previous experience in fleet operations, transportation or automotive services is preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance planning.
