Flex Campus Coordinators Lead

About the role

The Flex Campus Coordinators Lead is responsible for overseeing the Flex Campus Network across Dubai Health sites. This position ensures the delivery of learning initiatives, manages digital screen networks, and supports learning spaces to foster professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of all Flex Campus Coordinators (FCCs) and act as their primary point of contact.
• Organise bi‑weekly virtual and monthly in‑person meetings with FCCs to share updates and track performance.
• Assist FCCs in planning and executing site‑specific and cross‑site projects, maintaining project tracking systems and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the Flex Campus Manager to provide training, toolkits, and capacity‑building sessions.
• Collect data and feedback to evaluate the network’s impact and report findings.
• Work with IT, Engineering, and Facilities to integrate digital platforms, monitor screen functionality, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage content planning and updates for the digital screen network across all sites.
• Analyse learning‑space usage, identify under‑utilised locations and implement strategies to increase engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience in coordination or project management.
• Proven ability to supervise and support a team of coordinators.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal departments.
• Experience in data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning environments.
