Flight Engineer – ACJ Aircraft

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Flight Engineer to join DC Aviation Al Futtaim in Dubai. The role involves ensuring the airworthiness of ACJ aircraft, overseeing maintenance activities and guaranteeing timely, safe dispatch of flights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ACJ aircraft in accordance with licences, company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Issue Certificates of Release to Service for completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Supervise and allocate maintenance staff, prioritising tasks to meet the operating programme.
• Identify and communicate potential service disruptions or safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Verify that replacement parts are approved, correctly certified and inspected before installation.
• Ensure compliance with technical manuals, safety standards and documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Valid aircraft maintenance licence or equivalent approval.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on ACJ or business‑jet platforms.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and manage resources efficiently.
