Floor Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a proactive Floor Manager to lead the service team at its upscale restaurant in One&Only The Palm, Dubai. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will ensure seamless daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant floor operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Train, supervise and motivate service staff, managing schedules and performance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor financial transactions, control costs and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams to guarantee smooth service flow.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of floor management experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel, resort or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good numeracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
