Join Miral Experiences as a Food and Beverage Associate and be the face of world‑class attractions across Abu Dhabi. You will deliver memorable dining experiences to a diverse guest base while upholding the highest standards of service, safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Engage each guest with personalized service, listening to preferences and following company greeting and seating protocols.
• Provide menu guidance, answer product‑related questions and suggest appropriate wine, drink and side‑order pairings.
• Process dining orders accurately, communicate precisely with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of multi‑course meals.
• Execute opening and closing routines, maintain stock levels and enforce food‑safety measures.
• Handle transactions correctly, adhere to company policies and manage upselling techniques.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and collaborate with team members to maintain operational excellence.
