About the role

The Food and Beverage Intern will join Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai to gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. This internship is part of Marriott’s global Hotel Internship Program, offering a real‑world glimpse into the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team with daily service operations.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering processes.
• Observe and help with guest service interactions to ensure high standards.
• Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and on‑the‑job learning activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of food and beverage items under supervision.

Required profile

• Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, tourism, or business.
• Strong interest in food and beverage service and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative.
