Food and Beverage Reservations Agent

About the role

The Food & Beverage Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book restaurant tables, special events, and group functions at SLS Dubai, a luxury 5‑star hotel within the Accor portfolio. You will turn inquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle online bookings, phone calls and email enquiries for all F&B outlets.
• Verify reservation details, update the booking system and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Promote loyalty programmes, current promotions, and special offers.
• Prepare proposals, pro‑forma invoices and process payments for events and group bookings.
• Address guest concerns or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and functional workstation and report any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to adapt sales techniques to different guest needs.
