About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Miral Experiences' award‑winning attractions. The role combines meticulous attention to detail with proactive guest engagement to ensure every visitor enjoys high‑quality service in a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage each guest with personalized service, listening to preferences and following greeting and seating protocols.
• Assist guests in menu selection, answer product‑related inquiries and suggest strategic pairings.
• Process dining orders accurately, communicate precisely with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of multi‑course meals.
• Conduct thorough opening and closing routines, adhering to company standards for a flawless shift transition.
• Execute standardized serving techniques for all menu items, including plating and beverage presentation.
• Act as host, introducing staff to table guests and facilitating smooth service transitions.
• Address guest concerns promptly, implementing recovery solutions in line with company policies.
• Enforce food safety measures, manage stock levels and collaborate with team members to maintain operational excellence.
• Handle transactions accurately and uphold company policies regarding upselling and complaint resolution.
