Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai The Palm

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service‑oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. In this role you will provide friendly, professional and efficient service to guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and products.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare tables and service areas before, during and after operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment and service areas are clean, organized and properly maintained.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Well‑groomed with a professional appearance.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
