Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests by delivering a warm, personalized, and efficient dining experience while maintaining Fairmont brand standards, hygiene requirements, and guest satisfaction. The F&B Attendant welcomes guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and supports banquet and other operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with menu selections, promotions, and product recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized tables, service areas, and outlets; perform clearing, resetting, and side‑station preparation.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally and report issues to supervisors.
• Support restaurant opening and closing procedures, as well as banquet and event operations when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
