Food & Beverage Director – Ultra‑Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead the culinary and dining operations of an iconic ultra‑luxury property in Dubai. Reporting to senior ownership, you will shape the property’s gastronomic reputation, drive commercial performance, and ensure an unrivalled guest experience across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, and high‑end banqueting operations.
• Champion innovation and European‑style haute gastronomy standards while maintaining luxury service excellence.
• Drive top‑line revenue through menu engineering, pricing strategy, and rigorous cost control (P&L management).
• Develop and manage premium beverage programs and large‑scale event execution.
• Mentor, develop and inspire a diverse international F&B team.

Required profile

• Proven track record as Food & Beverage Director in 5‑star luxury hotels, ultra‑luxury resorts or high‑end lifestyle hospitality groups.
• Deep knowledge of the Middle Eastern luxury market, especially Dubai’s competitive dining landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, charisma and intercultural leadership skills.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in French, Italian or Arabic is a strong asset.
