Key responsibilities

• Delight our guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively seeking ways to make their meal experience special.
• Master the menu by learning details of all items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Serve with efficiency and care: take orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage the food service station, ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the highest standards of guest and team well‑being.
